Colombia Coffee Roasters is an Oxford coffee company that buys green coffee directly from producers in Colombia and roasts it at its own roastery near Wheatley. It runs two cafés in the city: one in the Covered Market and one at Prama House on Banbury Road, Summertown.
Both cafés serve coffee made by their baristas along with cakes, and sell bags of single-origin Colombian coffee to take home. The Summertown café opens daily from early morning. The roastery uses an energy-efficient roaster and packs its coffee in recyclable bags, and visitors can learn about the roasting process there.
