Riverside pub by Iffley Lock in Oxford, reached on foot, by bike or by boat, with a large garden and live music.

About The Isis River Farmhouse

The Isis River Farmhouse sits on the Thames towpath beside Iffley Lock in south Oxford. There is no road access: visitors arrive on foot or by bike along the river path, or by boat using the mooring rings outside, and the walk from the city centre takes around half an hour.

The pub serves food and locally brewed beers and ales, with open fires in winter and a large riverside garden of picnic tables. Gypsy jazz is played free every Sunday evening, other gigs and folk sessions are held, and the venue hosts weddings and private events. Dogs and children are welcome.
