The Rusty Bicycle is a neighbourhood pub on Magdalen Road in east Oxford, a short distance from the Cowley Road and the city centre. Formerly the Eagle Tavern, it took its current name after a refurbishment and is run by the brewer Arkell's.
The bar offers cask ales, traditional ciders, a long wine list, whiskies and other spirits, and serves coffee as well. Food runs from bar snacks to Neapolitan-style pizzas and burgers, and the pub hosts weekly entertainment, including its own pub quiz.
